The first rehearsal with A Whole Lotta Metal took place last Friday and it went very well. Tony will be singing Headless Cross, songs from Deep Purple Stuff, UFO and even a Whitesnake song. So check the guys on a stage near you!

Check out the music section. Due to great public demand the first three songs are available for download again. And don't worry if you have missed any of the other songs - they will be available again soon ... So keep coming back!
February 14th, 2004
In May 2004 Tony will be on tour with "A Whole Lotta Metal" as one of three singers. It's a show about rock music of the 70's and 80's covering bands like Sabbath, Led Zepplin, Judas Priest etc. Tony will be doing joint and individual parts in the show. More dates could be added - will keep you posted on that. He will be singing "Headless Cross", "Breakin the law", "Fool for your Lovin", "Stormbringer", "Paranoid, and a few more.
Apart from that, Tony is working on some new solo stuff and will hopefully have a new CD together soon. It's all part of a trilogy set called "Clean, Mean Scream". Currently he's recording songs for "Scream". As the title reveals it covers the "heavy" side of Tony Martin (from Sabbath sounding stuff to modern grinding gutsy stuff!).

Sorry to have kept you waiting for quite a long time. Hopefully Tony's messages will explain a few things. The next three tracks from "Back where I belong" are available for download now. So check out the sounds page.
Have also added a new guestbook. Unfortunately the old provider changed the free nature of the service without prior notice, so only the first page would be displayed. I really hope you do all come back and sign the new guestbook again, for I really appreciated every single entry!!! What a shame I couldn't save those messages!

Just got some tour dates from Tony. Unfortunately just dates, not venues. Will add those as soon as I get them.
Apart from this I have added a few pics to the pictures section. These are absolutely rare shots of Tony and should have seen the light of day in the new Sabbath History by Garry Sharpe-Young, but Tony couldn't find them right in time for the print - so here they are for you. (Check out the pictures section) The book itself can be recommended for anyone interested in the behind the scenes stories of the band.
March 27th, 2003
Tony Martin to join Whitesnake? Not quite! But he's about to go on tour with the "old" Whitesnake line-up: Bernie Marsden, Neil Murray and Micky Moody. Watch this space for "M3" tour dates!
January 2003
Tony is currently helping a guy called Garry Sharpe-Young to put a book together about the Sabbath years. It is supposed to include a good part of the years that he was in the band, it remains to be seen how much of it will be actually included but he's given him a lot of info about my time with the band and thoughts and feelings about being in Black Sabbath.
December 2002
Bobby Rondinelli has asked Tony to tour with the new Rondinelli album. The record company is currently considering how best to put this tour together.
October 2002
During his visit in Germany, Tony came to the office and played us some of his new material that he wants to work with in the near future. There is a huge range from modern to Black Sabbath type riffs. We are looking forward to hearing the final result.

CAGE II is released in Europe and Japan.
January 2002
Tony went to New York to work on Bobby Rondinell's solo album. Although he didn't write any of the tracks, he sang on all of them. The album is scheduled for release in October 2002.
This was a mixed time for Tony since he was going through a divorce, but found working with Bobby one of the most memorable projects to have worked on, during which he was able to visit the Twin Towers site "Ground Zero" to pay his respects.
August 2001
Tony went to Dario Mollo's studio Damage Inc. in Italy to finish recording THE CAGE II. Most of the vocals were recorded in his home studio.
